Jomi Bondhu has no accounts, and none of your data reaches our servers. You therefore never need to ask us to delete anything — it is all on your phone, under your control.

Option 1: delete everything from inside the app

1. Open the app and go to the Settings tab at the bottom.
2. Tap “Delete all data” (সব তথ্য মুছে ফেলুন).
3. Confirm with “Delete”.

This permanently removes every property file, the encrypted photos/PDFs you attached, family trees, title chains, calculations, reminders and notes. It cannot be undone.

Option 2: delete one property file or one document

• One document: My property → the property file → the document → the delete icon at the top right. The encrypted file and its typed details are removed together.
• One property file: My property → open the file and choose delete. All its documents and calculations go with it.

Option 3: uninstall the app

Uninstalling removes all app storage and the encryption key. Since there is no server copy, nothing remains anywhere else.

Backup files

If you created a backup file from the app, delete it yourself from wherever you saved it (a phone folder, memory card or cloud drive). Neither the app nor we can reach that file, and it cannot be opened without its password.

What is deleted, what remains

Deleted

Property files, documents and images, typed fields, family trees, chains, partitions, calculations, reminders, audit log, settings.

Remains

Backup files you kept yourself, and anything you submitted on government websites (in their systems).

With us

Nothing — the app never sends data.
